Brad LipscombDIRECTORBrad is the director, owner, and operator of Triad Surveying. His experience includes over 15 years of involvement in large scale boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, construction staking, Precision Layout surveys, Horizontal/Vertical Control surveys and all aspects of Oil & Gas Surveys. He graduated from Texas A&M University Corpus Christi with a Bachelor of Science in Geomatics.

Dian JaecksADMINISTRATORDian joined Triad Surveying as our Secretary in early 2021. She is a graduate of Rockdale High School and is a long-time resident of Rockdale. Dian has a BS in Accounting from Sam Houston State University. She and her family owned and operated Rockdale Insurance Agency for 20 years before coming to Triad Surveying, Inc.
She has become our Accounts Receivable Manager, but is still the first-line voice you hear when you call about your surveys |

Michael "Garrett" GigliottiSURVEY TECHNICIANGarrett joined the Triad Surveying team in 2022 and has proven himself to be an integral part of our daily operations. His experience includes over 10 years of boundary surveying experience. Garrett has earned an AutoCAD and Land Surveyor Level 1 Certificate and an Associates of Applied Science Degree from Lone Star College

Timothy "TJ" TangSURVEY TECHNICIANTJ joined the Triad Surveying team in 2023 and has excelled as an AutoCAD Technician and Customer Liaison. His experience includes over 3 years of boundary survey, topographic survey, ALTA/NSPS survey, precision layout survey and platting experience. TJ has earned a Batchelor of Music Education degree from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and has continued his Land Surveying education at Austin Community College.
