CASE STUDY
Our client had a need for a Topographic Survey of approximately 37 Acres between Dripping Springs, Texas and Liberty Hill, Texas. The site has approximately 200' of elevation change.
Our client had obtained prices from 3 separate Surveying Firms in the area, costs ranging from $22,000 - $34,000 with timelines for completion ranging from 1 month to 3 months.
After review of the site, we were able to give our client a price quote of $11,000 for a UAV LiDAR flight and we delivered the completed data within 48 hours of receipt of the signed proposal.

Aside from the need to place (some) ground control on the site, we have little need to have personnel enter and stay onsite for an extended period of time. In fact, most of our clients are never aware that we have even been on their property!
WHY TRIAD SURVEYING?
TimeWe can produce an Accurate Topographic Survey in a short amount of time (in some cases under 48 hours)
|
AccuracyOur equipment provides the highest level of accuracy to ensure your data set is complete and accurate every time
|
ValueTriad's aerial services, in many cases, cost significantly less than traditional surveying methods and take drastically less time creating value for your project.
|
QualityOur UAV Systems (Drones) are all equipped with RTK positioning with Ground Control Checks on all of our projects to ensure accuracy. As a final check, all data is reviewed by a Licensed Surveyor to ensure there are no surprises.
|
Low ImpactOur teams have no need to clear any trees, limbs, brush or other site encumbrances leaving the site in the same shape we found it.
